Growing up in a traditional Vietnamese household, my parents instilled a holistic approach to everything healing. Surrounded by herbal remedies, ancient practices, and a philosophy that prioritized balance and prevention — it was complicated to embark in Western medicine when Eastern medicine was all I knew.
Having witnessed the efficacy of remedies passed down through generations, I carry a perspective that values the interconnectedness of mind, body, and nature. As I entered adulthood and those around me became affected by injuries, illness, and irritability, my first instinct was to assess and treat the body internally, the most natural way — using Mother Nature's herbs.
I have always had a strong belief in the body's ability to heal with a mindful and intentional lifestyle.
