We ship from our Texas fulfillment center within 1–2 business days of your order.

• Standard US shipping: 2–3 business days after ship date
• Orders over $50: Free shipping
• Orders under $50: Flat rate (calculated at checkout based on location)
• International: Not currently available. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your tea isn't working for you, we want to know.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused product may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Opened products

Because our teas are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened packages for health and safety reasons. However, if you're not happy with your blend, email us — we'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement, credit, or recommendation for a blend that fits you better.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email contact@theanteadote.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
